Talish Barmare has a diverse background in marketing, data science, and analytics. Talish is currently serving as the Head of Omni Data Pipelines and Global Creative Intelligence Lead for Annalect, a position they have held since August 2021. In this role, Talish leads the marketing intelligence efforts and oversees the data pipelines for global creative projects.

Prior to their current position, Talish worked at Ekta Flow as the Marketing and Data Science Lead from January 2020 to July 2021. During this time, they collaborated with engineering, product, and marketing teams to bring ideas to various industries, including government, healthcare, real estate, and non-profit organizations. Talish also managed a team of four data scientists who developed custom analytics solutions to drive digital marketing results for clients. Notably, their team built statistical and econometric models for a major non-profit client to optimize media investment decisions.

From October 2017 to December 2019, Talish served as a Data Scientist for Marketing at UIC Retail Operations, University of Illinois at Chicago. Here, they played a key role in the digital transformation of the university's bookstore, technology store, and official merchandise. Talish conducted data exploration and visualization using Tableau to analyze students' purchasing behavior and identify popular trends. Based on these insights, they launched the successful "UIC Flames Friday" initiative, offering university-wide discounts on selected merchandise every Friday.

Before joining UIC, Talish worked as a Marketing Executive at Sri Adhikari Brothers Group from November 2015 to July 2016. Talish oversaw the marketing activities of various business verticals, including broadcasting, magazines, movies, and trade. Talish also conducted in-depth research using TV viewership data to develop market entry strategies, leading to increased market penetration in 11 Indian states with a reach of 100 million viewers.

Talish began their career at KPMG as an Analyst in Governance Risk & Compliance from June 2015 to August 2015, where they gained experience in managing governance, risk, and compliance projects.
