Anthony Green is the Chief Corporate Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Annaly Capital Management. Before joining Annaly Capital Management, Anthony worked as a Partner at K&L Gates in the Corporate, Securities, and Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Anthony also has experience at McKee Nelson LLP, Brown & Wood LLP, and Ballard Spahr LLP in various corporate law roles. Anthony holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
