Bill Browne

Bill Browne has a strong background in internal audit and financial services. Bill began their career at Dean Witter Reynolds as a Team Leader in the National Credit Department in 1986. Bill then joined Prudential (Bache) Securities as a Compliance Analyst before moving to Prudential Securities as an Assistant Vice President in their Internal Audit Department in 1989. In 1994, Browne joined AllianceBernstein as a Senior Financial Auditor and was eventually promoted to Vice President - Internal Audit. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and developing staff, planning and executing audits, and implementing internal controls. In 2010, Browne joined Annaly Capital Management as the Managing Director - Audit Services, where they established the Audit Services function and oversaw internal audit activities.

Bill Browne attended Pearl River HS from 1978 to 1982. Following their completion of high school, they enrolled at Rider University from 1982 to 1986. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance.
