Emma Swertfager

Emma Swertfager has extensive experience in administrative and human capital roles, currently serving as a Human Capital Associate at Annaly Capital Management since February 2015. Emma's responsibilities have included Corporate Events & Communications and serving as an Executive Assistant to top executives, including the CEO, President, and Chairman, as well as the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal and Corporate Officer. Prior to this, Emma worked as an Administrative Assistant at Raycroft-Meyer Landscape Architecture from October 2010 to January 2015 and gained tutoring experience at St. Lawrence University from January 2012 to May 2013. Emma earned a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and Art History from St. Lawrence University between 2009 and 2013 after graduating from Rice Memorial High School in 2009.
