Jeff Wang

Jeff Wang has a strong background in finance and software engineering. Jeff started their career as a Consultant at Afshar Consulting in 2002 before moving on to IBM as a Software Programmer in 2004. From there, they joined Mobius Management Systems as a Senior Software Engineer in 2005. In 2007, they joined Lehman Brothers as a Mortgage Analytics Developer, where they supported the securitized products trading desk and worked on trading execution, pricing, risk management, and client valuation. In 2008, Jeff worked as a VP/Quant Developer at Barclays Capital before becoming a Senior VP at Jefferies in 2009. Jeff held this position until 2017 when they joined Annaly Capital Management as the Managing Director and Head of Mortgage Analytics.

Jeff Wang earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University from the years 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University of Science and Technology. Jeff also possesses a certification in CFA, with no specified institution or date of completion.
