Ms. Ananya is the Social Performance Management Officer of Annapurna. She has pursued her PGDFM from IIFM. She not only shoulders the responsibility of developing and reviewing the Social Improvement Plans of Annapurna but also looks after the social development and community engagement of the Company. She has been associated with Annapurna since 2016. She has previously worked with Aga Khan Rural Support Programme India as a Programme Specialist (Research and Monitoring). She was also a Special Project Associate at Indian Institute of Forest Management.
