Preetam Debasish

Preetam Debasish is an accomplished professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in strategic HR, talent acquisition, training and development, and statutory compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition and HRBP at Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd. since August 2014, Preetam has progressed through various roles including Deputy Vice President and Senior Manager Human Resources. Prior to this, Preetam held positions such as Assistant Manager at SVCL and Regional Manager of Training & Development at Share Microfin Limited. An early career included a summer internship at Reliance Communications focused on employee satisfaction. Preetam's educational background includes a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and an MBA in Human Resources from Ravenshaw University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Laws from Berhampur University and Utkal University, respectively.
