Todd Cohen

Todd Cohen is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Principal at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services since April 2023. In addition to this role, Todd is the Managing Director of Sales and Training at Annapurna Partners, a private real estate investment, development, and management firm, where involvement began in June 2020. As Managing Principal at TCC Advisors, LLC since January 2018, Todd helps clients navigate and invest in commercial real estate to achieve their financial goals. Previous experiences include serving as Managing Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors Miami and as an Investment Consultant at Marcus & Millichap, where Todd facilitated over $200 million in real estate sales. Todd's extensive career also includes roles at Alternative Capital Consulting, Stoltz Real Estate Partners, and Lehman Brothers.
