Dan Baum

Dan Baum is an accomplished executive in strategic communications with extensive experience across various sectors. Since May 2011, Dan has served as the Executive Director of Strategic Communications at Anne Arundel Community College, leading an award-winning team and garnering numerous accolades for online marketing. Prior to this role, Dan was Vice President at Crosby Marketing Communications, focusing on advocacy and social marketing, and held the position of Executive Director at Innovation Network, where Dan oversaw evaluation and training services for nonprofits. Dan's background also includes serving as President of BOMI International, leading a multi-million dollar nonprofit, and previous roles in marketing and communications for organizations such as Crosby Marketing Communications and the National Legal Aid & Defender Association. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampshire College, attained between 1982 and 1986.
