Joseph Gonzalez

Joseph Gonzalez is an experienced technology consultant and educator with a robust background in IT and business processes. Currently serving as Principal at Operatura Office Automation since June 2012, Gonzalez focuses on helping non-profits and small businesses utilize technology effectively. As an Adjunct Faculty member at both Anne Arundel Community College and Howard Community College since 2013, Gonzalez teaches Information Technology courses. In addition, Gonzalez works as an IT Consultant for The World Bank Group, developing IT Change Management policies and training. Previously, Gonzalez held various significant positions, including Chief Information Officer at Karta Legal LLC, where expertise in legal practices and automation is applied, and Senior Sourcing Officer at The World Bank Group, managing IT service contracts. Gonzalez holds a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
