Sonja Gladwin

Sonja Gladwin is the Owner of Gray Space Consulting LLC, which focuses on leadership and personal development through coaching and training since April 2020. Additionally, Sonja serves as the Director of the Corporate Training Group at Anne Arundel Community College, a position held since 2001, responsible for developing business relationships and providing customized training services. Previous roles include facilitator, developer, and administrator at Aerotek Commercial Staffing from 1997 to 2001, and legislative aide for the Southern Maryland Delegation from 1996 to 1998. Sonja holds an MS in Organization Development and Human Resource Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, a BS in Corporate Communications from the University of Baltimore, and an Associate's degree from Anne Arundel Community College, along with an Engagement Coach Certificate obtained in 2021.
