Stacy K.

Stacy K. is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Assistant Dean at Anne Arundel Community College, where strategic oversight of a business school with 950 degree-seeking students is provided. Previously, at Howard Community College, Stacy held multiple roles including Professor, Faculty President, and Director of the Schoenbrodt Honors program, earning the Inspiring Faculty Award in 2018. Additionally, as a School Board Member and President of the Anne Arundel County Board of Education, significant relationships were established with elected officials and labor unions to advocate for funding for education. Early career experience includes writing for the Capital-Gazette newspapers and human resources management at the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Stacy holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Michigan.
