Rachael Troianos Halbig

Rachael Troianos Halbig is an experienced library professional currently serving as the Branch Manager at Anne Arundel County Public Library since July 2022. Previously, Rachael held the position of Librarian III at Prince George's County Memorial Library System from February 2017 to July 2022, and worked as Librarian I focusing on Teen Services at Cranberry Public Library from July 2011 to January 2017, where Rachael developed innovative programs and managed collection development. Early career experiences include an internship at the Carnegie Museum of Art, where Rachael established a library system for the Architecture Library, and a role as Library Page at Frick Fine Arts Library, assisting patrons with research. Rachael holds a Master of Library and Information Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and the History of Art and Architecture, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
