Simmona E. Simmons

Ms. Simmons is a part-time Reference Librarian at the Truxal Library at Anne Arundel Community College. Previously, she was Library Faculty at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), and adjunct faculty for the iSchool at the University of Maryland College Park.

She has a Bachelor of Arts from UMBC and she holds a Master of Library Science and a Master of Arts in American Studies, focusing on Communication, both from the University of Maryland College Park.

Ms. Simmons is a contributor to several scholarly publications and is a member of the Maryland Library Association, ASPIRE Board, Oncology Foundation, Voicemasters, and Phase II Toastmasters.
