Mark Lauro

Mark Lauro is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Anne Arundel Dermatology since January 2022, Mark has successfully advised executive teams and led significant cost-saving initiatives, including a $730,564 savings from an employment tax recovery project. Previously, Mark held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Foot and Ankle Specialists of the Mid-Atlantic, where responsibilities included overseeing the integration of HR systems and supporting the onboarding of numerous new offices and employees.
