Tim Eissinger has been with the Anne Carlsen Center since July 2014, where they are currently the CEO. Prior to that, they were with Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch for 27 years in various positions. Tim started as a house parent in 1983, then became Vice President of Residential Services in 1986, Special Projects Coordinator in 2011, and finally Vice President of Programming in 2009. Eissinger is responsible for all residential services in Minot, Bismarck and Fargo, as well as community-based pilots. Tim is also a facilitator of the Agency’s Standards Committee / CARF accreditation process and the Agency Management Team Liaison to the Executive Team.
Tim Eissinger has a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from North Dakota State University.
