Yarina Conners

Yarina Conners is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in arts administration and management. Currently serving as Senior Advancement Manager at Anne Springs Close Greenway since June 2024, previous roles include Director of Artistic Operations at Charlotte Ballet and a Board member at Sound Impact, where significant achievements included a successful #GivingTuesday campaign and implementation of a CRM system. Yarina also held the position of Artistic Administrator at The Clarice, where workflow efficiency was notably improved, and served as Senior Operations Manager at Classical Movements, Inc., overseeing the production of a major choral festival. Earlier experience includes a role as Acting Youth and Children's Chorus Manager with The Cleveland Orchestra, where cost-saving initiatives and procedural documentation were established.
