Lucy Murphy has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development, currently serving as the Executive Manager for People, Culture & Quality at Annecto since August 2018. Prior to this role, Lucy held various positions at Annecto - the people network from March 2011 to May 2018, including Acting General Manager for Business Improvement, Practice & Quality and Organisational Practice Consultant. Lucy holds a Masters of Leadership and Management in Organisational Dynamics from NIODA, completed between 2018 and 2020.
