Tim Gay

Tim Gay is a seasoned Senior User Experience Designer currently at annex, where work involves service design for the Govpass program in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Agency and partner agencies. Prior experience includes roles such as Interaction Designer at the Digital Transformation Agency and Digital Lead at the Australian Taxation Office, where responsibilities encompassed leading design teams, developing user interface and experience for digital products, and conducting user research. Tim's graphic design background spans positions from Senior Graphic Designer to Web Design Manager, managing creative teams and delivering high-quality digital solutions. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from the University of Canberra.
