Andrew Poole

Andrew Poole has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Andrew is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Quad Lock since May 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Roam Free Adventure in October 2020. Andrew also served as the General Manager of Sport at THE ICONIC from June 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining these companies, Poole had a prominent career with Nike. Andrew held positions such as Senior Sales Director, Nike Sportswear, at Nike North America from October 2016 to October 2020. Andrew also served as the Managing Director at Nike Pacific (Australia and New Zealand) from September 2013 to September 2016, where they successfully distinguished Nike from competitors and implemented strategic plans.

Poole's earlier roles at Nike include Sales Director, Soccer, at Nike North America from September 2011 to September 2013, and Sales Director at Nike South East Asia from May 2009 to September 2011. During their tenure at Nike South East Asia, they played a key role in the global restructure of the sales function.

Prior to their career at Nike, Poole gained experience as the Footwear Business Unit Director at Nike Pacific (Australia and New Zealand) from January 2006 to December 2007 and as the General Manager, New Zealand, at Nike Pacific (New Zealand) from November 2003 to December 2005. Andrew also worked as the General Manager at AURIAS Diamonds from December 2001 to November 2003.

Andrew Poole began their education at Caulfield Grammar School, where they studied from 1980 to 1985. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sports & Recreation Management at Victoria University from 1987 to 1989.
