Beau Micallef

Beau Micallef has worked in various roles, starting with being the General Manager at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from September 2014 to November 2016. Beau then moved on to work as the Melbourne Operations Manager at Papaya from December 2017 to December 2018. Following that, they joined frank green as the Head of CX (Global) from January 2019 to May 2020. Currently, Beau is the Head of Customer Experience at Quad Lock, a position they started in December 2020.

Beau Micallef pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Business at Swinburne University of Technology from 2018 to 2021.
