Bonnie O'Donnell is an experienced People & Culture Advisor with a strong background in human resources, having held various positions across multiple organizations. Currently at Quad Lock since December 2022, Bonnie has previously worked at Caulfield Grammar School and Tate & Lyle Plc, where responsibilities included employee relations, absence management, HR policy compliance, and gender pay reporting. Bonnie's prior roles also encompassed HR administration and support for talent acquisition, learning and development initiatives, and legislative compliance. With a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Tourism Management, Bonnie combines expertise in human resource management and industrial relations with a commitment to fostering sustainable workplace cultures.
