Vlad Volman

Vlad Volman serves as the Associate Director of Translational Bioinformatics at Annexon Biosciences since April 2022. Previously, Vlad was a Principal Scientist at Progenity, Inc., where contributions included the development of an NGS-based NIPT diagnostic product and a high-precision imaging-based molecular counting platform. At Applied Technologies Inc. within L-3 Technologies, Vlad led a computational neuroscience project focused on traumatic brain injury outcomes and developed QSP computational models of sub-cellular injury processes. Early career roles included Senior Research Associate at the Salk Institute, Research Associate at UCSD, and a Graduate Student and TA at Tel Aviv University, where Vlad specialized in computational neurology and kinetic modeling of biological systems. Vlad holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Tel Aviv University.
