Candace L. Little

Candace L. Little possesses extensive experience in organizational operations and policy advocacy, currently serving as Operations Manager at the Annie E. Casey Foundation since February 2007, following roles as Operations Supervisor and Administrative Associate to the Vice President, Center for Systems Innovation. Prior to this, Candace L. Little worked at Catholic Relief Services from January 2000 to February 2007 in Policy & Strategic Issues and Policy & Advocacy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Morgan State University (2016-2020), an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Baltimore City Community College (2014-2016), and a General Education Diploma from South Baltimore Learning Center (1992-1996).
