Leslie Gross

Leslie Gross has a background in law and policy analysis, with extensive experience in child welfare and family well-being. In their current role at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Leslie oversees the Family Well-Being Strategy Group and the Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative. Prior to this, Leslie held leadership positions at the DC Child and Family Services Agency and the DC Office of the Attorney General, where Leslie focused on child protection and permanency outcomes for children in foster care. Leslie's previous roles include work in civil litigation, federal policy analysis, and legislative policy analysis in the field of child welfare. Leslie holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
