Earl Kramer

Earl Kramer possesses extensive experience in the construction and engineering industry, currently serving as Sales Manager and Project Executive at Anning-Johnson Company since July 2005. In this role, Earl oversees sales, estimating, project management, and preconstruction detailing teams for a leading metal decking contractor. Prior experience includes positions as an Estimator/Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed creating estimates for commercial construction projects and managing client relationships. Earl's earlier roles include Engineering Intern at KPFF Consulting Engineers, Transit/Charter Driver at ASUCD Unitrans, and Planning Intern at Central Contra Costa Sanitary District. Earl holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering from the University of California, Davis, and completed the Leadership Institute program at FMI in 2018.
