Talani van Schalkwyk is a qualified Food Technologist with extensive experience in the food and health sectors. Currently employed at DGB (Pty) Ltd since April 2023, Talani also serves as an Independent Distributor for Annique Health and Beauty and has held various internship positions, including at Fairview Wine & Cheese and Synercore Food Holdings. Additional experience includes research assistance at the Center for Food Safety at Stellenbosch University and work within the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Talani's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, a Master's degree in Human/Medical Genetics, and a BSc honors in Human/Medical Genetics, all obtained from Stellenbosch University, complemented by a BSc in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology.
