Rishabh Shukla

Rishabh Shukla started their career as a Medical Coder at Episource LLC in June 2013, eventually moving up to the position of Executive Coder and later Senior Executive Coder. They then joined Global Healthcare Billing Partners Private Limited as a Team Coordinator from December 2015 to May 2020 before moving to HOM India as a Senior Coding Analyst from June 2020 to August 2021. Currently, Rishabh is working at Annova Solutions as an Assistant Manager and Team Leader, overseeing a team of 70 coders and managing projects related to HCC. Their responsibilities include coaching, training, mentoring team members, project, resource, and performance management to ensure client satisfaction. Rishabh holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
