Mairo Usman possesses extensive experience across various leadership and advisory roles in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Focal Point Specialist for the Annual Investment Meeting in the UAE, Mairo ensures effective representation of Nigeria's economy by managing invitees from diverse sectors. As a Director at Basetrade Nigeria Limited and a member of the Board of Directors for Karioka Holdings, Mairo is involved in crucial decision-making processes and contract solicitations. Previously, as the Inter Governmental Affairs Officer at Lodigiani Nigeria Ltd, Mairo liaised with government entities to facilitate project execution. Additional experience includes serving as SA to the Senate President in the National Assembly and leading Maze Company Ltd as CEO, overseeing procurement and contract management. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Competitive Strategy from the University of Reading and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of East Anglia.
