Cynthia Flores is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and community service. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Annunciation Maternity Home since August 2021, Cynthia has also contributed significantly to the Round Rock Area Serving Center as a Case Manager and Volunteer since October 1998. Previous consultancy work at Community Choice Inc. from September 2003 to March 2007 further showcases Cynthia's diverse skill set. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from the Bush School at Texas A&M (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Studies with a focus on Community Service from the University of North Texas.

Annunciation Maternity Home provides housing and related services to young mothers facing an unplanned pregnancy. Mission For young women in crisis pregnancies and their children, we offer exceptional housing, educational opportunities, and access to health services to empower them in their journey toward independence. Vision A best-practice, model community that transforms the lives of all young women experiencing a crisis pregnancy, and the lives they touch, by offering them a new beginning.
