Annunciation Orthodox School
Donikia Young is currently the Assistant Director of PE & Athletics at Annunciation Orthodox School. Prior to this role, Donikia worked as a Health/Physical Education Teacher at Crestworth Middle School, an Assistant Girls Basketball/Strength and Conditioning Coach at Liberty Magnet High School, and as a Physical Education Teacher at Mentorship Academy and GEO PREP MID-CITY. Donikia also has experience as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Louisiana State University and as a Performance Specialist Intern at Traction Sports Performance. Donikia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Louisiana State University and a Master of Education degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Northcentral University.

Annunciation Orthodox School, having grown from a ministry of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, celebrates the diverse and individual qualities of all children and their families.
