Melissa Abecasis

Melissa Abecasis has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Melissa is currently working as the Director of Customer Success and a Senior Cloud FinOps Engineer at Anodot. Prior to that, Melissa worked at AllCloud where they held multiple positions including Director of Cloud Financial Operations, Engage Essential; Head of Cloud FinOps and Customer Success; Team Leader - Senior Cloud Financial Analyst; and Cloud Financial Analyst. Melissa also served as the Customer Success Manager at Niel Asher Healthcare and as the Program Director - EMPH in Emergency and Disaster Management at Tel Aviv University. Earlier in their career, they worked as an External Affairs and Health Insurance Specialist at Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, a Spanish Medical Interpreter at Garden and Associates, Inc., and a Dental Program Manager at Northfield Community Action Center. Melissa has a strong background in customer success, cloud financial operations, healthcare, and program management.

Melissa Abecasis holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Anthropology at Carleton College from 2006 to 2010.
