Ophir Shaul is a professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical support within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Anodot since March 2022, Ophir previously held the position of Tier 4 Support & Customer Success at Mavenir, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive support for T1 cellular operators globally. Prior to this, Ophir worked at Comverse Network Systems from 2008 to 2011 as Deployment Team Leader, successfully managing multiple projects and overseeing a large team of engineers. Ophir holds a degree in Technical Engineering from Ariel University, completed between 1996 and 1998.
