Rachel Malik is an experienced professional with a diverse background in café operations, business ownership, and martial arts instruction. Currently serving as the Director of Café Operations at Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. since December 2022, Rachel also operates Cringe Social LLC. Rachel has held the position of Head Instructor for Women’s No Gi Jiu Jitsu at Open Guard Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since September 2019 and previously managed Eagle Public Market. With entrepreneurial experience as a small business owner at 1863 Coffee Saloon, Rachel has also worked in roles ranging from buyer representative to bartender and receptionist across several establishments. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Women's Studies from UW Whitewater and an Associate's degree in General Studies from the University of Rock County.
