Dale Cesafsky

Dale Cesafsky has extensive experience in financial counseling, currently serving as a Foreclosure Prevention Counselor at Anoka County Community Action Program since September 2008. Prior to this role, Dale worked as a Credit Counselor for Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan from March 2004 to November 2007. Dale's career also includes a significant tenure at USDA as a Rural Development Manager from June 1978 to November 2000. Educationally, Dale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, earned between 1970 and 1974.
