Timothy Fournier has extensive experience in security and emergency operations, currently serving as the Manager of Security and Emergency Operations for Anoka-Hennepin School District since November 2020. Prior to this role, Fournier worked as the Emergency Management Coordinator for Anoka Hennepin Schools, overseeing the district's emergency preparedness program from November 2020 to September 2022. Fournier's earlier career includes a long tenure at the City of New Hope Police Department, where the role of Chief of Police was held from 2011 until retirement in November 2020. Additional experience includes serving as a Police Officer for the City of Richfield and as a Paramedic at Hennepin County Medical Center. Fournier holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Cardinal Stritch University, along with training from the F.B.I. National Academy.
