Tracy Knighton has a strong background in early childhood education and community outreach. Tracy started their career as an Early Childhood Screener at Osseo Area Schools in 2008, then took on roles at Cambridge-Isanti Schools as the Early Childhood and Family Programs Coordinator in 2011. At Anoka-Hennepin School District, Tracy served in various leadership roles, including School Readiness and ECFE Coordinator, ECFE and Preschool Supervisor, Manager of Early Learning Programs, and currently, they are the Director of Community Education, starting in 2022.
