Susmita Ghose

Susmita Ghose is a seasoned professional in data science and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of AI at Anoki Inc since July 2023. Previously, Susmita held the position of Head of Data Science at Alphonso Inc. from October 2017 to June 2023, where a data science and machine learning team was built and a comprehensive roadmap was defined. At Rasa Networks, now part of Aruba Networks, Susmita worked as Data Science Lead and developed a patented system for event clustering in Wi-Fi networks, alongside creating a device classifier based on RF signatures. Earlier experience includes leading the Oracle Crystal Ball R&D team and contributions as a Software Engineer at Microsoft. Educational credentials include a PhD in Software Reliability Engineering from the University of Maryland and a BTech in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
