Sonali Siddha

Sonali Siddha is an accomplished entrepreneur and advisor known for founding innovative solutions in workplace communication and social impact. Currently serving as Founder turned Advisor at AnonyMoose since September 2021, Sonali has developed a SaaS-based platform for anonymous employee communication. Previously, Sonali co-founded the Woices app, aimed at combating sexual harassment in the workplace, which earned recognition in Forbes and YourStory. As the Founder and CEO of Nidarr, a social initiative, Sonali enabled citizens to report issues to government authorities fearlessly. Earlier ventures include co-founding ExclusivelyForYou, an e-commerce platform for luxury goods, and a significant tenure at OneBeacon Insurance as a Senior Programmer and Analyst. With a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Sonali's career spans programming and development roles in various leading companies.
