Marcos Fagundes Júnior has a diverse work experience. Marcos co-founded Anota AI in 2017 and served as the COO, with a focus on democratizing access to advanced technology for small and medium-sized businesses in the food service sector. Marcos was highly dedicated to the company's purpose and faced various challenges while continuously developing himself. From 2015 to 2017, Marcos founded EGM Tech, a technology production company specializing in web and mobile development. As the CEO, they provided services to companies in Minas Gerais and Rio Grande do Sul, gaining valuable skills in business, management, and technical expertise. In 2017, Marcos briefly worked at iGrow Digital as the Head of Product. In 2020, they joined Inovativa Brasil MDIC as an Agente Disseminador, an important role in promoting innovation.

Marcos Fagundes Júnior pursued their education in the field of Information Technology. In 2013, they enrolled at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande - FURG, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems. Following this, in 2016, they briefly attended the Universidade do Porto for a Bachelor's program in Information Technology.
