Colby Jones

Colby Jones has extensive work experience in event management and production. From 2015 to the present, they have worked at Another Planet Entertainment as a Special Events Director, Producer, overseeing the pre-production, management, and post-event reconciliation for a variety of events. Colby also served as the VIP Cabanas Director for the Outside Lands Music Festival and as an Artist Relations Specialist.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2018, Colby worked as a Special Events Manager at Another Planet Entertainment, responsible for managing large-scale entertainment productions and handling various logistical needs. Colby also worked as a House Manager, responsible for front-of-house management at live music shows, and as a Production Assistant.

Colby also has experience in theater management, having worked as the Front Of House Operations Manager at Curran Theatre from 2016 to 2017, where they designed and implemented operations for the historical theater. Additionally, they worked as a House Manager at Fort Mason Center from 2013 to 2016, managing logistics for theater productions and large-scale events.

Their earlier work experience includes roles such as House Manager at the Palace of Fine Arts Theatre, Catering Concessionaire at Cow Hollow Catering, and Event Coordinator at Trentadue Winery.

Before entering the events industry, Colby worked as a Therapeutic Behavioral Services Interventionist at Anova Education, specializing in positive behavioral intervention techniques with special-needs children. Colby also worked as a Behavioral Specialist at Social Advocates for Youth, designing and implementing behavioral plans.

Throughout their career, Colby has consistently demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and teams.

Colby Jones attended Walden University from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Child Development. Additionally, Colby has an American Red Cross CPR/AED certification, although the institution and specific date of acquisition are not provided.
