Randy Martin

Randy Martin is the current CFO at Another Reality Studio. Prior to this, they were with Barry-Wehmiller, RCM Advisory, LLC, and SPARTECH CORPORATION (NYSE: SEH) (acquired by PolyOne Corp - POL in 2013), where they served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Vice President, Corporate Development.

At SPARTECH CORPORATION, Randy led all accounting and finance activities for the company. Randy was also responsible for leading due diligence, negotiation, financing, and acquisition closings and integration for more than 20 acquisitions and disposition of five non-core businesses. Additionally, they completed four public equity offerings and various placements of private, senior note, convertible securities, and credit facility renewals.

Randy has extensive experience in leadership and management, with direct reports including the Controller/Director of Accounting, Manager of External Reporting, Director of Treasury, Director of Tax, Business Controllers (three Segments), Manager of Financial Planning, Senior VP of Shared Services and CIO, and Director of Internal Audit. Some of their leadership responsibilities include Corporate Finance, Segment Business Unit Finance, Information Technology - IT, and Shared Services.

Randy Martin attended Eastern Illinois University where they received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Randy also attended Northwestern University for their Quality Management Program and Washington University in St. Louis for their Spartech Management Program. Randy is certified as a Certified Management Accountant - CMA from the Institute of Management Accountants and as a CPA Exam from the State of Missouri.

Their manager is Brad Martin, CEO, Founder. They are on a team with Matthew Taylor - General Counsel & Business Director, Mauricio Espin - Chief Information Officer, Co-Founder, and Matthew Burton - Director of Research & Development.
