Richard McGill has over three decades of extensive experience in construction management, starting with roles at Carlstedt Dickman, Inc. and Bovis Lend Lease where multiple project management responsibilities were undertaken. At Eli Lilly and Company, Richard McGill advanced to Senior Construction Manager, leading significant renovations for pharma R&D facilities. Subsequently, a role as Construction Manager at Dow Chemical for the Build One Expansion Program was held, focusing on lab and greenhouse projects. As Commissioning & Startup Leader for Sadara Chemical Company, Richard McGill contributed to a major joint venture project valued at $20 billion. Currently serving as Project Executive and Senior Project Manager at Anova, Richard McGill specializes in delivering complex capital growth projects, including the recent development of hospital campuses and high-rise renovations. Richard McGill earned a BS in Building Construction Management from Purdue University.
