Ty Hite

Ty Hite is a seasoned professional in engineering leadership with extensive experience in project management across various industries. They began their career as a Design Engineer at Boeing and have held significant roles such as Resident Engineer at Chrysler and Consultant Engineer at Eli Lilly. Ty has also worked in senior positions at multiple firms, including Senior Engineering Project Manager at HBW Solutions, Inc. and Senior Project Engineer for both Anova and the Indianapolis-Marion County Building Authority. Currently, Ty is engaged in Project Engineering at Rolls-Royce and serves as Project Quality Manager at Anova, contributing to the development of IU Health's new downtown hospital medical campus. Ty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
