Cláudio Oliveira Novack

Cláudio Oliveira Novack has a diverse and extensive work experience in the poultry industry. Cláudio started their career as a Field Veterinarian, responsible for managing and providing technical assistance to integrated broilers. Cláudio then moved on to a role as a Supervisor in poultry - broilers, where they coordinated, managed, and provided administrative and technical support to the chicken extension team. Cláudio was responsible for a significant volume of broiler slaughter per day.

Later, Cláudio joined BRF- Brasil Foods as a Supervisor in aviculture - heavy matrices, where they oversaw a team of extensionists and was responsible for managing and providing administrative and technical support to heavy matrices. During their tenure, they supervised approximately 2,500,000 breeders.

Cláudio's most recent role was as a Technical Sales Regional Manager at Anpario plc, where they were responsible for sales of Anpario products and provided technical support to representatives, distributors, and customers in the poultry and pig segments. Cláudio also performed strategic planning, market analysis, and managed performance indicators and new projects. Additionally, Cláudio offered technical support to Latin American countries.

Throughout their career, Cláudio has demonstrated expertise in poultry management, technical support, sales, and strategic planning.

From 1997 to 2002, Cláudio attended the Universidade Federal de Pelotas and obtained a University Graduate degree in Veterinary Medicine.

Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Specialization in Poultry at Unochapecó - Universidade Comunitária da Região de Chapecó.

Lastly, from 2016 to 2018, Cláudio pursued further education and earned a Masters Degree in Zootechnics - Science and Animal Production from the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina.
