Wendy Wakeman

Wendy heads up the Global Technical team for Anpario plc providing focus, drive and energy to the technical team through product support and new product development. Her knowledge from working across many disciplines with cutting edge technologies enables her to manage the existing product range, whilst providing focus for advancing the technology of Anpario’s feed additive product portfolio.

Wendy holds degrees in Animal Nutrition from Leeds University, a PhD in Broiler Nutrition from University of Nottingham and a Diploma in Marketing.

Her career spanned many disciplines all associated with animal nutrition and health, most recently with Devenish Nutrition leading the GB team and supporting the USA with a focus on strategic account management, which included new product development and antibiotic free poultry production. Wendy has worked extensively within the industry, developing feed strategies for companies such as Huvepharma NV, Alltech Inc, Roche Vitamins, BOCM Pauls Ltd, BOCM Silcock Ltd (part of Unilever) and KW Ltd (part of the Bunge group).
