Julien Castet

Julien Castet is the Head of Research at Immersion since September 2012, specializing in the creation of customized extended reality solutions. Julien has served as an expert evaluator for the European Commission since September 2019 and as an Expert for France 2030 at Bpifrance since November 2021. Julien also evaluates programs for the ANR (Agence nationale de la recherche) since October 2016 and has held postdoctoral research scientist positions at several institutions including Laboratoire Bordelais de Recherche en Informatique, McGill University, and Grenoble INP from 2005 to 2012. Julien's educational background includes a PhD in Art, Science, and Technologies from Grenoble INP - UGA and a recent Master Class in Intellectual Property Law at INPI, among other degrees in science and engineering.
