Abinaya Kannan

Abinaya Kannan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Abinaya most recently worked as a Technical Project Manager at ANRA Technologies starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they were an Operations Engineer at FlyingBasket from December 2022 to May 2023. From June 2021 to December 2022, they served as a Technical Programme Manager at EUROCAE. In 2020, they had a contract for services with AIRlabs Austria where they conducted research and elaborated on stakeholder processes for flight regions. Abinaya also gained experience as a Quality Management Intern at Beechcraft Berlin Aviation GmbH from September 2019 to August 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Content Writer at various companies such as Simplus Information Services Pvt Ltd, Notion Press, and BORN Group in 2017. In 2015, Abinaya served as a Team Lead in Client Relationship Management at Dreamz Infra India Ltd. Abinaya started their professional journey as an intern at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in 2014, where they gained valuable insights into aero-engine repair and overhaul facilities.

Abinaya Kannan completed their education history with a Master of Science in Engineering (MSc) in Aviation from FH Joanneum, which they pursued from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Hindustan University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Abinaya has received several certifications. In December 2016, they obtained the Goethe-Zertifikat B1: Zertifikat Deutsch B1 from Goethe-Institut Chennai. In the same year, they also earned the Goethe-Zertifikat A1 & A2: Start Deutsch 1 & Start Deutsch 2 from the same institution. Furthermore, in August 2022, Abinaya received proof of completion of the online training - A1/A3 open subcategory from Direction de l'Aviation Civile Luxembourg. Finally, in April 2023, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
