Russell Salazar

Russell Salazar has a long and varied work experience. Russell began their career in 2014 as a Student Manager and Lead Analyst at Roberts Environmental Center, where they led a team of 6 analysts in preparation of a business conference for understanding drivers of partnership success. In 2015, they were elected Class President of the Associated Students of Claremont McKenna College (ASCMC). In the same year, they co-founded a tutoring business in Hong Kong, Pathways Education, where they taught a two-week personal essay writing and college selection course. In 2016, they were an Information Technology Intern at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator, where they provided resource management and support for all IT needs. In 2017, they were a Product Management Intern at Intuit, where they drove the vision for 3 different products. In 2018, they were a Product Manager at Intuit, focusing on QuickBooks Payroll. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Product Manager at Microsoft and Product Manager 2. Most recently, they have been a Product Manager at Anrok since 2022.

Russell Salazar began their educational journey at the Chinese International School, where they attended from 2000 to 2014 and earned their high school diploma. Russell then attended Claremont McKenna College from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Engineering. Finally, they attended Harvey Mudd College from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
