Jared Hicks, P.E., P.Eng. is the Director of Renewables at ANS Geo, where they have been leading initiatives since 2025. Previously, they served as a Senior Director at Atwell, LLC from 2020 to 2025 and held several engineering roles, including Lead Geotechnical Engineer at Black & Veatch from 2007 to 2017. Jared's early career included positions as Staff Engineer at CTI & Associates and Lead Civil Engineer at RINA. They also contributed as a Senior Project Engineer at Mott MacDonald from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Jared is pursuing a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at Lawrence Technological University, continuing their education after earning an earlier Master's degree in the same field from the same institution in 2004.
